2. Shipping within the USA is primarily by US Postal service Priority Mail, which I have found to be consistently faster and safer than either UPS or Fed Ex. Charges are $8.00 for up to 2 pounds. Insurance is $1.00 for up to $50 order, $2.00 for $100.00 order, and an additional $2.00 per $100 of merchandise beyond $100. ILLINOIS STATE RESIDENTS: Please add 10% sales tax to the value of the merchandise ordered. We will also ship UPS ground insured, for $11.00 USD for up to 2 pounds to most locations in the USA and Canada.

4. Credit Card Orders: We now accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover credit cards, and now also accept American Express. Once you have totalled your order, you may either telephone your order, FAX your order, or e-mail your order.
Call us at 847-496-4546 from 8 AM until 4 PM, Monday through Friday, USA Central Standard Time. Be prepared to provide card type, the card account number, the card expiration date, and the full name on the card. You will also be asked your name (if different from the card), complete address, phone number and e-mail address. We will need this information for shipping your order, and also to reach you if we have a question about your order.
If you reach our after hours voice mail, you may leave this information there, as this is a secure voice mail with restricted access. Therefore, you can telephone your order 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week!

Fill the form out with dark ink, and fax to 847-963-1561 OR 847-496-4546. Be sure to completely fill out the credit card information area. If sending the fax automatically, just send to the above number as you normally would send a fax. If sending the fax manually, when you hear the voice greeting, press your SEND or START button to begin transmitting the fax.
If you e-mail your order, please give the information requested above. Click here to send us e-mail. IMPORTANT NOTE: our e-mail is not encrypted or otherwise secure. Providing credit card data by e-mail is at your own risk. You may wish to avoid using numerals for the card number by spelling the numbers out. For example, 7374 would be written "seven three seven four" or even "seventhreesevenfour" which may provide some security. You may also simply e-mail us the credit card data spread across two individual e-mail messages for security. We will acknowledge e-mail orders by the next business day, by return e-mail. E-mails with sensitive client data are not kept on any server, or otherwise made accessable to unauthorized persons. However, any e-mail in transit is vunerable to interception, so we cannot be responsible for any personal information sent via e-mail.

ALL CHECKS MUST BE PAYABLE IN US DOLLARS. ALL CHECKS MUST HAVE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ROUTING NUMBER PRINTED ACROSS THE BOTTOM IN DIGITS THAT ARE MACHINE READABLE (standard on all US checks and International bankdrafts drawn on an American bank.) Sending US Currency (cash) through the mail is at your own risk. We can accept Western Union wire transfers, however there is a $20.00 fee for this service, as there is no Western Union office near our offices, and they require us to collect the payment in person.
