Your favorite NOS tubes are worth buying, you have found how well they outperform any current production tubes. Well, if it's worth buying, it's worth protecting. Our NOS tubes come with a 30 day warranty included in the price of the tube, but for real peace of mind, we now offer an optional two full years of our famous satisfaction guarantee.

Brent Jessee Recording & Supply, Inc. now offers an extended warranty replacement protection plan for most of the tubes we sell. With this plan, you can protect your tubes against the unexpected. If a tube should fail within the 2 year time, you are covered. Should a tube become noisy, you are covered. Microphonics? Got it covered. Fast replacement of any covered tube should it fail in the extended warranty period. Get peace of mind for far longer than the standard 30 day warranty, and keep the music playing! NOS tube prices continue to rise. With an extended warranty, you can save by not having to pay a higher price to replace a favorite tube that has increased in retail value during the warranty period. Furthermore, rare NOS tubes of certain types may become unavailable within the two year period. Should this happen on a tube that has failed that you have covered under the extended warranty plan, you can opt to use the purchase price of that tube as store credit to obtain other tubes. You cannot do this with any other dealers standard warranty, and we are the only dealer offering the protection of two full years of optional NOS tube warranty coverage! With the two year extended warranty, we offer the following features:

• Technical support and troubleshooting via telephone or email
• Fast replacement of defective tubes!
• Protection if a rare covered tube is no longer available, store credit in the amount paid will be issued
• Commercial use coverage is also available. Please contact us for details if your tubes will be for industrial or business use.
• Two year extended warranty plans available on single tubes or an entire purchase of many tubes
• Two full years of coverage against failure, noise, microphonics, internal shorts and other problems.
• Coverage plans start as low as $4.99. Coverage available up to $5999.99 tube value!
• Easy to purchase, simple to claim. A warranty claim under any Plan is just a phone call/email/FAX away.
• Each Plan comes with a full Service Agreement package, including what's covered and how to make a claim.

See the chart below for coverage plans. All NOS, new production, and reissue tubes are eligible for coverage on the two year extended warranty. You may elect to cover just a single tube, or cover your entire purchase of multiple tubes. The only tubes not covered are used tubes, or tubes purchased from us on eBay. Merely check the purchase price of the tube you want to cover, or the total of all the tubes you want to cover, and look at the list below to see what Plan Number fits the value of your tubes. The price of the Plan is in the right column. If you are placing your order by FAX, email or Paypal, merely list the Plan number and include the price for that plan in your purchase. If you only want to cover a single tube out of several in your purchase, merely tell us which tube you want covered and what Plan fits it's purchase value. You will receive a full Two Year Extended Warranty Service Agreement package with your tube. Then relax and enjoy peace of mind that your rare tube is protected, saving you expense should it need replacement within the two year period.

Coverage is not available for used tubes. Used tubes are covered only by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Extended Warranty Service Plans are not transferable, and coverage ends for any tube or tubes you resell during the extended warranty period. No refunds will be given for any plan balance remaining on any covered tubes you have resold.
